Jimmy Gilmore
Designated Broker
Jimmy Gilmore is a true Arizonan, native born and raised in the Grand Canyon state. He specializes in effective sales/marking and advertising techniques that generate high values for commercial real estate owners and investors.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Northern Arizona University. After graduation, he served as the spokesperson for Coconino Community College and played an active role in promoting and advertising higher education opportunities; a passion Jimmy continues to champion today. Jimmy found his passion for real estate by starting his own real estate investment company, which gave Jimmy a unique comprehension of the situations, needs, and demands faced by many of his clients.
Jimmy went on to work for one of the largest public relations firms in Arizona. There he had the privilege of representing several regional and national developers, national investors, and multiple business owners.
Throughout his career, Jimmy has worked with a range of clients including first time investors, sophisticated developers, entrepreneurs, and business owners. His unique experience and dedication to the craft of sales/marketing has allowed him to develop a unique skill set, which results in expanded visibility and exposure to the widest possible audience for his client's properties.
Beatriz Ochoa
Property Manager
Beatriz moved to the US from Sonora, Mexico in 2009. Her passion for Customer Service started while working at a loan modification office in Las Vegas, NV where she had the pleasure of helping hundreds of families to save their homes from distress after the housing crisis.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Estado de Sonora. With over 7 years of experience in Property Management with single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial units including large apartment complexes and large shopping centers.
As a former Property Manager for the Housing Authority of The City of Yuma, Beatriz has invaluable experience in State and City policies and procedures to protect the interest and protect our clients from liability.
Beatriz firmly believes in the Power of Kindness and the positive effects that has on people and the community. She runs a charitable club in San Luis, Mexico where donations are gathered such as socks, gloves, and blankets to be given out every December to the less fortunate.
